A young woman seeking a place to hide stays in a highly advanced smart home. While she initially believes she is safe, the residence is controlled by a digital assistant named Romi that begins to terrorize her. This Canadian production blends elements of science fiction, horror, and thriller to explore the conflict between the woman and the sinister artificial intelligence.
