In the city of Chartres, Daniel Sauveur struggles with the vast wealth gap between himself and the Breuil family, who control a powerful perfume empire. After the company sabotages a project he started with a childhood friend, Daniel seeks revenge. He secures a job at the family factory and convinces his coworkers to steal luxury fragrances from the inventory to sell for their own profit, hoping to bring down the local dynasty.
