Elyas

Elyas is a French action thriller about a former Special Forces soldier struggling with paranoia following a mission in Afghanistan. He is hired to protect Amina and her thirteen-year-old daughter, Nour, who have traveled from the Middle East for a holiday. As the soldier and the young girl form a bond, they become the targets of a mysterious commando unit, forcing the protagonist to use his military skills to ensure their survival.

The film was directed by Florent-Emilio Siri, following his 2005 film Hostage. The screenplay was written by Nicolas Laquerrière. The lead role of Elyas is played by Roschdy Zem, appearing alongside Laëtitia Eïdo as Amina and Jeanne Michel as Nour.
