Fréwaka

A care worker named Shoo travels to a remote village to look after an agoraphobic woman. The woman lives in isolation and believes she is being targeted by her neighbors and the Na Sídhe, malevolent folkloric entities she claims kidnapped her many years ago. As the two women form a close bond, Shoo becomes absorbed in the older woman's superstitions and rituals. This growing paranoia eventually forces Shoo to confront a tragedy from her own past.

The film was written and directed by Aislinn Clarke and produced by Patrick O'Neill and Dermot Lavery.
