Short description

Marco Polo and his companions attempt to return to Europe after visiting China. Their journey is hindered by a sorcerer who wishes to keep the region hidden from the rest of the world. To ensure the explorers do not reveal the location of the land, the antagonist uses a magical stone to unleash fire-breathing dragons that hunt the group.

Directed by Matt Codd, this was the first of two films he directed, followed by Super Eruption in 2011. The screenplay was written by Berkeley Anderson. The cast includes Federico Castelluccio as Marco, Aaron Hendry as Giovanni, James Hong as Gao, and Peter Kwong as Shang Sel. It was a joint production between the United States and Bulgaria involving Syfy, BUFO, and Fierce Productions.
