About Fire

Set in a forest, this documentary follows a meeting around a campfire between two former members of an armed anti-capitalist group and three young activists associated with anti-racist and climate movements in Switzerland. Over the course of one night, the five individuals engage in a conversation regarding the nature of rebellion and civil disobedience. They discuss the various forms of resistance and the boundaries of activism, comparing perspectives from the past and the present.

The film was directed by Laura Cazador, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Amanda Cortès. According to the available records, this production precedes Cazador's other 2026 work, Tricontinental, Letter to Open in Case Of. The project was produced by Mark Olexa through the production company Dok Mobile. This Swiss production has a total runtime of 80 minutes.
