The Last Dance

Dominic is a wedding planner struggling with debt during a widespread economic recession. He finds a new professional path when he takes over a funeral planning business from a retiring predecessor. While his unconventional and creative approach to ceremonies brings him success, he faces significant friction with Master Man, a traditional Taoist priest. Through several unusual services, Dominic strives to earn the priest's respect while learning about the ethics of mourning and the significance of saying goodbye.

The drama was directed by Anselm Chan Mau-Yin, who also served as a producer and co-writer. This film is the first in a chronological sequence of his directed works, followed by the 2025 special edition.
