Winterset

Set in Winterset, Iowa, this crime drama follows three struggling farmers who hire a man from the city to help them rob a wealthy ranch owner. Their plan to steal bags of cash fails, leading to a confrontation with a cruel individual who arrives to reclaim the money.

The film was written and directed by Michael P. Blevins, marking his second feature after the 2021 movie Digging to Death. Produced by Honeycomb Films in the United States, the project was made with a budget of 1 million USD. The ensemble cast features Kirk Fox as Mr. Wolf, Gigi Gustin as Molly May, Jonah Ray Rodrigues as Jim Langley, Robert Craighead as John Barton, Matt Peters as Cooper Langley, and Bruce Soscia as Ned Sicero.
