This documentary examines the transformation of an anonymous website from a source of internet memes and Rickrolling into a platform for viral conspiracy theories. It explores how this online space evolved into a center for creating disruption and chaos in the physical world.

The film was co-directed by Giorgio Angelini and Arthur Jones. For Angelini, this project precedes his 2026 film, Everyone Is Lying to You for Money. For Jones, it follows his 2020 work, Feels Good Man. Produced by Boardwalk Pictures and a team including Andrew Fried, Dane Lillegard, and Jordan Wynn, the production features interviews with figures such as 4chan founder Aubrey Cottle and programmer W.T. Snacks, alongside Matt Alt and journalist Dale Beran. Members of the Anonymous group, including Fuxnet and Amanda, also appear as themselves.
