Following the death of her mother, Maudy returns to her hometown. During her journey, she encounters Hansi, a ghost burdened by an unresolved debt from his past. The two form an unlikely connection as Maudy seeks inner peace and Hansi strives to maintain a grateful outlook on life. Their encounter leads them toward mutual acceptance.
