Preacher Lawson-MY NAME IS PREACHER

Preacher Lawson returns to the stage for a second stand-up special, My Name Is Preacher, in which the comedian performs an energetic set drawn from his own life. Working in family-friendly material, he moves through stories about a childhood spent on the road, life with a troublesome dog, and the day he was pulled over by police on his birthday, building the hour around his high-energy delivery and personal anecdotes.

The special runs just over an hour and was written by Lawson himself, who also performs. It was released in March 2024, following his earlier stand-up work, and it is a concert comedy film rather than a narrative feature, with no supporting cast and no fictional characters beyond the performer's own stage persona.
