To celebrate Mother's Day, Marge Simpson goes on a special trip with other mothers from Disney+. The outing evolves into a galactic journey where she encounters various heroes and villains, as well as Stewie from Family Guy.

This five-minute animated comedy and science fiction short was produced in the United States by Gracie Films and 20th Television Animation. It was directed by David Silverman, marking the 12th of 13 films he directed. This project followed his 2023 film Maggie Simpson in Rogue Not Quite One and preceded The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, released later in 2024. The screenplay was written by Joel Cohen, Al Jean, and David Mirkin, with James L. Brooks, Matt Groening, and Al Jean serving as producers.

The voice cast features Julie Kavner as Marge Simpson and Dan Castellaneta as Homer and Grampa Simpson. Other contributors include Carolyn Omine as Nani Pelekai and Maggie Roswell as Mary Poppins, alongside Chris Edgerly and Tress MacNeille. A total of 67 crew members were credited for the production. Viewer reception has been mediocre, with the film receiving a 4.6 rating on IMDb based on 820 votes and a slightly higher 5.2 rating on TMDB from 69 votes.
