Mondongo III: Kunst der Farbe is an Argentine documentary that follows a filmmaker's attempt to represent a couple of artists. While the director struggles to capture their essence, the film blends painting, music, and cinema to create a colorful comedy. The project drew inspiration from the book Kunst der Farbe by Johannes Itten.
The film was written and directed by Mariano Llinás, who released this work in 2024. In his chronological body of work, it follows Mondongo II: Portrait of Mondongo and precedes Mondongo I: The Tightrope Walker and Life of Jorge Luis Borges. The production was handled by El Pampero Cine and produced by Laura Citarella. The cast features Inés Duacastella appearing as herself. The movie has a runtime of 90 minutes.
