A blind retiree named Ilya aims to complete a marathon in four and a half hours, matching the average time of sighted runners. He works with a young coach, Dima, who guides him on pacing and physical endurance. Their relationship fluctuates between frustration and mutual support as Ilya reflects on his life and motivations.
