The Devil's Climb

The Devil's Climb is a documentary about climbers Alex Honnold and Tommy Caldwell as they attempt to scale the Devil's Thumb, a 2,700-meter peak in Alaska. Following a 4,000-kilometer bicycle journey through wilderness and forests, the two friends face extreme weather and challenging terrain. The expedition tests their physical and mental endurance, as well as their mutual trust, while a previous injury suffered by Caldwell adds further risk to the climb.

The film was directed by Renan Öztürk, following his work on Lost on Everest in 2020 and Explorer: Lake of Fire in 2023. It stars Alex Honnold and Tommy Caldwell appearing as themselves.
