VIRGIN PUNK Clockwork Girl

Set in the year 2099, this science fiction story takes place in a world where the development of artificial bodies called Somadia has eliminated disease and injury. However, the illegal modification of this technology has led to a rise in crime, prompting the government to establish a system of bounty hunters. Ubu Kamigori is one such hunter who navigates a chaotic environment filled with eccentric and powerful figures. Her life is disrupted when she encounters Mr. Elegance, a man from her dark past.

Directed by Yasuomi Umetsu, this film follows his previous work on Kite, Mezzo Forte, Kite Liberator, and Dante's Inferno: An Animated Epic. The project features a screenplay by Yuya Takahashi and was produced by Akiko Yodo through Aniplex and SHAFT. The voice cast includes Saki Miyashita as Ubu Kamigori and Katsuyuki Konishi as Mr. Elegance, alongside Taku Yashiro, Rui Tanabe, Norio Wakamoto, and Fuka Izumi.
