A serial killer targeting teenagers plagues a wealthy, quiet town with a series of gruesome murders linked to a rare oral condition. While a persistent detective works to uncover the culprit's motives and identity, a fragile young man is forced to confront a forgotten past to stop the violence.

This crime horror mystery was directed by Jamie Langlands, following his 2024 film The Cellar. Written by Rhys Thompson, the production was a collaboration between Hypericum Films, JNR Productions, Double Take Pictures, and Crystal Dome Productions in the United Kingdom and United States. The movie features a cast of 61 credited performers, including Owen Llewelyn as Alden Pick, Maximus Polling as Donnie Slattery, and Jasmine Kheen as Clarissa Staunton. Bruno Cryan, Mia Bowd, and Callum Chapman also appear in primary roles. The project involved a crew of 45 members and has a total runtime of 93 minutes.
