How to Be Normal and the Oddness of the Other World

After being released from a psychiatric hospital, a young woman named Pia returns to live with her parents. As she attempts to reorganize her life, she struggles with the effects of medication, the pain of a past relationship, and the social stigma surrounding her mental health. While starting a new job and navigating her family dynamics, Pia finds herself in an unstable environment where she feels out of control. The only person who seems to understand her sense of alienation is Lenni, a twelve-year-old neighbor.
