It explores the influence of foreign propaganda from nations such as Russia, China, and Iran, while analyzing how anti-Zionism has evolved into a form of anti-Semitism and how groups supporting Hamas infiltrated American culture.

The film was directed by Wendy Sachs, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Inbal B. Lessner. Produced by Menemsha Films, the project features a variety of contributors, including political figures such as Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and Representative Ritchie Torres, as well as Ambassador Deborah Lipstadt, Bari Weiss, and Mosab Yousef. The cast also includes Debra Messing, Michael Rapaport, Sheryl Sandberg, and Noa Tishby appearing as themselves.
