Short description

Glimpses of the Outskirts is a science fiction drama and thriller set in an alternate reality. In this world, the collapse of nations has allowed corporate regimes to take power. These leaders suppress all traditions and cultural expressions to stop the general population from regaining a sense of national identity. In response to this oppression, various rebel groups have formed to fight against the corporate agenda.

Written, produced, and directed by Samuel Montes, this Spanish production from Picaresca Filmes has a runtime of 15 minutes. The cast features Pablo Sierra in the role of Riego, alongside Adrián García as Godoy and Manuel Marquina as a mercenary. Philip Mecola and Alejandro Pérez provide voice work as announcers.
