Double Freedom

Double Freedom follows Misael, a man who spends his time alone cutting down trees in the forest. His routine is disrupted when he is faced with an unexpected responsibility. As he navigates this new challenge, the familiar structure of his daily existence disappears within a natural environment where human logic no longer applies.

The drama was written and directed by Lisandro Alonso, following his previous works Jauja and Eureka. The film features Misael Saavedra in the title role alongside Catalina Saavedra as Micaela. This production was a multinational effort involving companies from Germany, Argentina, the United Kingdom, Italy, Luxembourg, the United States, Uruguay, and Chile. It has a total runtime of 100 minutes.
