Rose Matafeo: On and On and On

Rose Matafeo delivers a one-hour stand-up comedy performance based on a lengthy personal note she maintained on her phone. Using self-deprecating humor, she examines the nature of relationships, comparing the experience of dating in her twenties to her thirties. Her reflections cover the challenges of breakups, the process of supporting friends through the end of romances, and the contrast between her own life and that of her parents when they were her age.

The special was directed by Barbara Wiltshire, marking the first of three projects she has led, followed by Flo & Joan: Sweet Release and Frank Skinner: 30 Years of Dirt. Written by and starring Rose Matafeo, the production was handled by the United Kingdom-based company Avalon Television. On TMDB, the film holds a low rating of 4.4/10 based on 10 votes.
