Short description

This documentary focuses on the Basateen al-Razi district in Damascus, which was destroyed by the regime in 2015. The orchards and homes of the area were razed as a penalty for the local population's uprising. Through the memories of former residents and the testimony of a man named Khaled, the film examines how urban development projects were established on the ruins of these expropriated homes.

The film was written and directed by Antoine Chapon, following his 2024 project My Own Landscapes. Produced by Petit Chaos with Julien Graff and Thomas Hakim, this French production has a runtime of 25 minutes. It was released on February 15, 2025.
