Glorious Summer

Set in a Renaissance palace during a hot summer, the story follows three women living in a state of leisure. A mysterious system provides for their every need, including food and entertainment, provided they never cross the walls surrounding their home. This peaceful existence eventually gives way to a darker reality.

This Polish drama and mystery thriller was directed by Bartosz Szpak and Helena Ganjalyan, who also co-wrote the screenplay. The film was produced by Rozbrat Films with Maria Golos and Monika Matuszewska serving as producers. The ensemble cast features Magdalena Fejdasz, Helena Ganjalyan, and Daniela Komędera in the lead roles, alongside Weronika Humaj, Maja Kalbarczyk, and Alicja Matusiak.
