Wings of Dread

Wings of Dread is an action thriller about Gu Chaoyang, an air police officer traveling back to China. During the flight, he must use his professional training to engage in a dangerous struggle to stop a hijacker and prevent a crisis while thousands of meters in the air.

The film was co-directed by Ashton Chen and Qin Pengfei. For Chen, this is the fourth film in a career that includes Detective Chen and its sequel. Qin Pengfei directed this after a series of projects including the Fight Against Evil films and The Bodyguard. The screenplay was written by Wang Haoyi, who also served as a producer. The movie was produced by iQIYI Pictures in China and features a cast that includes Ashton Chen, Iko Uwais, Qu Jingjing, Nita Hsia Jo-Yen, Hong Shuang, and Ren Tianye.
