Les Mystères des grottes du Régulus

A murder investigation in a small town begins when Julien Monnier is found stabbed near the Régulus caves, with an ancient book left beside the body. Police captain Grace notices that the crime mirrors a case from ten years prior, when a seventeen-year-old girl named Sarah was killed in the same location. To solve the mystery, Grace recruits Alex, a childhood friend and former officer who investigated Sarah's death and now works as an expert in old books. As they work together, the pair confronts painful memories of their past romance and the reasons for their separation, while the recollections of various suspects begin to overlap.

This crime mystery TV movie is a joint production from Belgium and France, created by companies including RTBF and France Télévisions. It was directed by Lorie Pester, following her work on Je ne te dirai plus oui and Endy. The film features a cast including Shemss Audat as Grâce Talbi and Antoine Hamel as Alex Mercier, with Philippe Caroit, Sophie Accard, Benjamin Gaitet, and Sacha Vanbockestal in supporting roles. The screenplay was written by Lorenzo Gabriele and produced by Sylvette Frydman, Jules Boyer, and Marie Van Glabeke.
