The Guardians of Christmas

In Ukraine, Saint Nicholas, Santa Claus, and the Spirit of Winter compete to determine who is responsible for the winter holidays by attempting to fulfill the wishes of a young girl named Vira. When Vira asks for the total disappearance of Christmas, the holiday and its traditions vanish from the town and the memories of its citizens, replacing joy with sadness. Now stripped of their magical powers and transformed into mortals, the three figures must work together to prevent a global catastrophe and restore the girl's hope and belief in miracles.

This fantasy comedy was produced by United Content HUB and 1+1 Media. It was directed by Oleksandr Kirienko, following his work on Team Building and preceding A December Tale 2: The Lost Letter. The screenplay was written by Tamara Hrantovska and Tetiana Shulika, with Andrii Nohin and Tetiana Shulika serving as producers. The film was released on November 13, 2025.
