Dora the Explorer: Mermaid Adventures

Dora the Explorer: Mermaid Adventures is an animated story in which Dora and Boots are transformed into mermaids after playing a magical charango. Together with a new friend, Marisol the mermaid, and Marisol's dolphin companion Rosa, they set off on a series of underwater adventures in a mermaid world.

The film runs 55 minutes and was released on September 18, 2025, in Australia. It was directed by George Chialtas and Allan Jacobsen for Paramount, Nickelodeon Animation Studio and Nick Jr. Productions. It is an Australian production aimed at the younger audience familiar with the Dora the Explorer characters, and its short running time places it closer to a television special than a feature-length release.
