Teen Wolf Too

Released in November 1987, Teen Wolf Too is a comedy sequel about Todd Howard, a college student who would rather study science than climb into a boxing ring. He pays his tuition through an athletic scholarship, so when a tournament approaches, his place at school depends on how well he fights. What he has inherited from his family is a werewolf curse that changes him into a hairy, fanged creature, and the transformation brings sudden athletic ability and campus fame. As his new life as a star takes hold, his personality shifts, and he risks losing the people close to him.

Christopher Leitch directed the film, which was his first feature and precedes Three Blind Mice (2001) in his filmography. Tim Kring wrote the screenplay, and Kent Bateman produced. Jason Bateman stars as Todd, the role Michael J. Fox played in the earlier film, alongside Kim Darby, John Astin, Paul Sand, Mark Holton and James Hampton. Made for 3 million USD, it grossed 8 million USD worldwide.
