From the Ashes: The Pit

Three students at an all-girls school become trapped in an underground pit when a storm hits. As they struggle to stay alive in the confined space, the personal tensions between them come to the surface, and survival depends on whether they can work through their conflicts together.

The Saudi drama thriller runs 88 minutes and was directed by Abdullah Bamajbour, with Adwaa Fahad, Aisha Al Rifaie, Wafa Wafi and Darin Al Bayed playing the four credited roles. It was produced by Ideation Studios and released in January 2026.

Audience response has been limited. On TMDB, the film holds a rating of 4.2 out of 10 based on 25 votes, a small sample that points to modest viewership and a generally weak reception among those who have seen it.
