Unai López de Ayala enters the clandestine world of art forgeries and high-end collecting to locate the Black Book of Hours. His search for this mythical object is driven by the discovery that his mother, whom he believed had passed away, is actually alive and needs to be rescued.
This Spanish crime mystery thriller was co-directed by Manuel Sanabria and Joaquín Llamas. It is the third film directed by Sanabria, following Sinfín and Hotel Bitcoin. For Llamas, it follows Sorry If I Call You Love, See You on Venus, and The Collector: You're Next. The production was a collaboration between Amazon Studios, Zebra Producciones, and Isla Audiovisual, with Bárbara Vayá, Manuel Sanabria, and Juliana Barrera serving as producers.
The movie stars Alejo Sauras as the protagonist Unai, also known as Kraken. The lead cast also includes Maggie Civantos as Esti and Natalia Rodríguez as Mencía, while Martin Urrutia and Aitziber Luma appear as the younger versions of Gael and Ítaca, respectively.
