The Influencer Project

The Influencer Project is an upcoming horror thriller about Chiara King, a social media personality who visits Copenhagen with a documentary team. While the film is intended to provide an honest look at the nature of online fame, the situation turns dangerous when an obsessive stalker begins targeting her. As the predator closes in, the documentary footage shifts from promotional content into a record of terrifying events, blurring the distinction between digital entertainment and evidence of a crime.

Directed by Mike Nybroe, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Lars Ap and Anders Jon Petersen, the production is a collaboration between companies from the United Kingdom, Denmark, and the United States. The film stars Chiara King in a role that shares her own name. The project was produced by Eduardo Sánchez, Gregg Hale, and Alex Hertzberg. With a runtime of 100 minutes, the movie is scheduled for release on October 2, 2026.
