The Molding

Set in a secluded dystopian society, this story follows a community striving to create a superior human race. When residents reach the age of sixteen, they are forced to merge into a single entity, combining the physical form of one individual with the consciousness of another. The film was written and directed by Cole Winny, marking the first of two directorial efforts in 2026, followed by Imitation. This short drama, horror, and thriller production features a cast including Hugo Lamkins as John, Leila Lammam as Alexa, and Jackson Klas as Leader.
