Blindfold

Kai Leung is a quiet student who moves into a new home with his superstitious mother. After joining a new school, he becomes fascinated by the heavens in hopes of meeting his late father. This curiosity and his lack of religious belief lead to conflict with his peers and instructors, who identify as devout Christians and alienate him. To cope with this treatment, Kai imagines the power of traditional Chinese gods to protect himself from being cast out.
