Short description

For half a century, photographer Ruth Walz has been immersing herself in Europe’s theaters and opera houses, capturing the action on stage with passion and an unerring eye. Her theater photographs have set the standard for decades. In conversation with her colleagues, the unique stature and role of her photography are confirmed.
