Zorro

In the province of Nueva Aragón, Don Diego discovers that the intended governor, his friend Miguel, has been murdered. To seek revenge and combat the corruption spread by the tyrannical Colonel Huerta, Diego takes on the identity of the governor. He maintains a public facade of weakness and indecision to deceive Huerta, while secretly operating as Zorro. Masked and dressed in black, he uses his skill with a sword to protect the oppressed and fight for justice, aided by an aristocrat and a monk.

This action-adventure comedy was directed by Duccio Tessari, following his previous work on The Bastard and Tony Arzenta. The film stars Alain Delon as the dual role of Don Diego and Zorro, alongside Ottavia Piccolo, Moustache, Enzo Cerusico, Giampiero Albertini, and Stanley Baker. Produced by Les Productions Artistes Associés and Mondial Televisione Film, this Italian and French co-production has a runtime of 118 minutes.
