10 to Midnight

In Los Angeles, a repairman for office equipment named Warren Stacy approaches women, and when they turn him down he kills them. He avoids leaving evidence by committing the murders while naked except for a pair of gloves, and he always has a solid alibi ready, so the police cannot hold him. Detective Leo Kessler becomes convinced that Stacy is the killer and starts bending the rules to bring him down; the case takes a personal turn as Kessler's own daughter is drawn into the danger.

Charles Bronson plays Kessler, with Lisa Eilbacher as his daughter Laurie, Gene Davis as Stacy, and Geoffrey Lewis, Andrew Stevens and Wilford Brimley in supporting roles. The film was directed by J. Lee Thompson, the fifteenth of the twenty-one films he directed in chronological order, following Happy Birthday to Me and preceding The Evil That Men Do. William Roberts wrote the screenplay, and Lance Hool and Pancho Kohner produced.
