Enough

Slim works as a waitress and marries Mitch, a wealthy contractor who seems to offer her the life she has dreamed of. They settle into a comfortable home in an affluent suburb and have a daughter, Gracie. The marriage turns out to be nothing like the life Slim expected, as Mitch reveals a controlling and violent side. Fearing for herself and her child, Slim takes Gracie and leaves, but Mitch pursues them, using his resources and hired men to track her down. Unable to rely on the police or friends for lasting protection, Slim decides to change her appearance and identity and to confront her husband on her own terms.

Nicholas Kazan wrote the screenplay, and Irwin Winkler and Rob Cowan produced it.
