Short description
A young sportsman Grisha Fokin falls in love with Masha, the wife of an outstanding scientist - Yuliyan Nikolayevich Stepanov.
What's left behind the scenes
- Initially, the role of the Komsomol member Grisha was played by Dmitry Konsovsky. However, during filming, the actor was arrested on charges of anti-Soviet agitation, and the film had to be reshot with Dmitry Dorliak.
- The film was banned in 1936. Starting from the mid-60s, it began appearing on screens, first in the small screening rooms of VGIK and later in creative retreats. In 1974, it rightfully took its place in a retrospective of Room's films dedicated to his 80th anniversary.
