Enough Said

Eva is a divorced massage therapist whose daughter is about to leave home for college, a change she is dreading. At a party she meets Albert, a warm and funny man who is also adjusting to life on his own after a divorce, and the two begin a romance. Around the same time, a new client, Marianne, becomes a close friend and confidante; Marianne is a poet who complains constantly about her ex-husband. Eva eventually learns that Marianne's former husband is Albert, which puts her relationship and her friendship in an awkward position.

Enough Said was released in 2013 and runs 93 minutes. Nicole Holofcener directed and wrote the screenplay, her fifth feature and the one that followed Please Give. Julia Louis-Dreyfus plays Eva, James Gandolfini plays Albert, Catherine Keener plays Marianne, and Toni Collette and Tavi Gevinson appear among the 28 credited cast members. Anthony Bregman and Stefanie Azpiazu produced.

The film took in about 25 million dollars worldwide. On IMDb it holds a 7.7/10 rating from 194 reviews, while on TMDB it has a 6.7/10 from 943 votes, so critics rated it noticeably higher than the crowd.
