Frank Warren is a diamond thief imprisoned in a futuristic facility that lacks traditional walls and bars. Instead, prisoners are controlled by electronic collars linked in pairs. If two linked inmates move too far apart, the devices explode. After discovering who his partner is, Frank coordinates an escape with a fellow prisoner.
