Beethoven's 3rd

A St. Bernard named Beethoven joins Richard Newton and his family on a road trip in a camper. While the family travels, the large dog causes various mishaps but eventually protects them from two thieves. The group intends to return the dog to his owner after he helps thwart the criminals.

Directed by David Mickey Evans, this family comedy was released in 2000. It is the third film in the series and follows Evans' previous work on The Sandlot and First Kid. The cast is led by Judge Reinhold as Richard Newton and Julia Sweeney as Beth Newton, with Joe Pichler and Michaela Gallo playing their children, Brennan and Sara. Other cast members include Mike Ciccolini and Jamie Marsh.
