Kadhaveedu

Kadhaveedu is an anthology film that adapts three separate stories written by prominent Malayalam prose authors Vaikkom Muhammed Basheer, M. T. Vasudevan Nair, and Madhavikutty. To suit a contemporary setting, the original narratives were modified. The project was created as a tribute to the Malayalam language following its recognition as a classical language in 2013.

The film was directed by Sohanlal, who also wrote the screenplay. This production followed his 2009 film, Orkkuka Vallappozhum. Produced by Jose Thomas through Kuttamathu Films and Lal Media, the movie features a cast including Kunchacko Boban, Bhama, Biju Menon, Manoj K Jayan, Mallika, and Lal. The story blends elements of comedy, drama, and romance over a runtime of 110 minutes.
