Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort

Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort follows Danny, who learns he has inherited a remote resort called Hobb Springs, hidden away in the hills of West Virginia. He travels there with his friends, where they are greeted by Jackson and Sally, an awkward couple who look after the property. They introduce Danny to the Hillicker family, relatives he never knew he had. It soon becomes clear that these relatives live by their own rules, passed down through generations and rooted in cannibalism and other forbidden practices. Danny is caught between the friends who came with him and the family that wants him to join them.

The film was released in 2014 and runs 91 minutes. It is a horror entry in a long-running series, directed by Valeri Milev in his first feature behind the camera; he went on to direct Re-Kill and Kill 'em All 2. Frank H. Woodward wrote the screenplay, and Jeffery Beach and Phillip J. Roth produced. The cast includes Anthony Ilott as Danny, Aqueela Zoll as Toni, Sadie Katz as Sally, Chris Jarvis as Jackson, Joe Gaminara as Bryan and Roxanne Pallett as Jillian.

Made for about 1 million dollars and shot as a German-American co-production, the film received a 4.1 rating on IMDb from roughly 20,000 votes and a 5.4 on TMDB from about 1,000 votes, placing it modestly among viewers of the series.
