Mujhse Dosti Karoge!

Mujhse Dosti Karoge! is an Indian romantic comedy-drama about three childhood friends, Raj, Pooja and Tina, whose bond is broken when Raj's family moves away. Before leaving, Raj promises to write to Tina, the friend he has feelings for, but Tina soon loses interest in the correspondence. Pooja keeps it going in Tina's name, and over the years she and Raj exchange letters and emails that grow increasingly personal, with Raj believing he is writing to Tina. When Raj returns years later, Pooja asks Tina to keep up the pretense. Raj is drawn to Tina, while his true connection lies with the friend who never signed her own name.

The film was directed by Kunal Kohli, the first of two features he made, followed by Fanaa in 2006. It was produced by Yash Chopra for Yash Raj Films and stars Hrithik Roshan as Raj Khanna, Rani Mukerji as Pooja Sahani and Kareena Kapoor Khan as Tina Kapoor, with Satish Shah, Himani Shivpuri and Kiran Kumar in supporting roles.

Released on 8 August 2002, the film runs 149 minutes and blends comedy, drama and romance. On TMDB it holds a rating of 6.2 out of 10 from 99 votes, which suggests a modest and somewhat divided response from viewers rather than broad acclaim.
