A wealthy businessman believes a local video game arcade is detrimental to the mental health and morals of children. After finding his daughter spending time at the establishment, he seeks ways to force the business to close, potentially through legal means. The conflict pits the businessman against the arcade staff and its patrons, eventually leading to a confrontation decided through gaming.
