Princess of Mars

A US soldier is transported to Mars, where he is caught up in a war between two alien races. The film follows his arrival on the planet and his involvement in the conflict there.

Princess of Mars is a 2009 action, fantasy and science fiction film directed by Mark Atkins, who also wrote the screenplay. It was produced by David Michael Latt for The Asylum. The film stars Antonio Sabàto Jr. as John Carter, Traci Lords as Dejah Thoris, Matt Lasky as Tars Tarkas, Chacko Vadaketh as Sarka and Sab Than, Mitchell Gordon as Tal Hajus and Noelle Perris as Sola, with 29 credited cast members and 57 credited crew members. It followed Atkins's earlier films Evil Eyes and Merlin and the War of the Dragons, and preceded later titles including Battle of Los Angeles and Road Wars.

The film runs 93 minutes. It has an IMDb rating of 3.2 out of 10 from about 2,000 votes, and a TMDB rating of 4.1 out of 10 from 45 votes.
