Forced Vengeance

In Forced Vengeance, Chuck Norris plays Josh Randall, a Vietnam veteran who works as the security chief at a Hong Kong casino owned by Sam Paschal and his family. When a local crime syndicate tries to take over the casino and the family refuses to cooperate, the Paschals are targeted and killed, leaving Josh to protect the owner's daughter, Joy, while the police treat him as a suspect. Josh sets out on his own to confront the criminals behind the attacks.

The film was directed by James Fargo, following his earlier work on The Enforcer and Every Which Way but Loose. Franklin Thompson wrote the screenplay, John B. Bennett produced, and the cast includes Mary Louise Weller as Claire Bonner, David Opatoshu as Sam Paschal, Michael Cavanaugh as Stan Raimondi, Camila Griggs as Joy Paschal and Seiji Sakaguchi as Kam. It was made for about 5 million dollars and returned roughly 7 million worldwide.

On IMDb the film holds a rating of 5.6 from around 3,800 votes, and on TMDB it has a rating of 5.5 from about 80 votes, placing it well below the two films Fargo directed before it in audience regard. It runs 90 minutes.
