My Dreams, My Love, and You

Coşkun has harbored a childhood crush on the famous actress Derya Altınay. His infatuation is so intense that two fictional women from melodrama films, possessing opposite personalities, enter his daily life. When he finally gets the chance to meet Derya, he writes a romantic screenplay inspired by her. Although the story is produced as a movie with Derya in the lead role, the finished product does not align with his original vision.

This 1987 Turkish production was directed by Atıf Yılmaz, following his work on films such as Pembe Kadın and preceding Walking After Midnight. The screenplay was written by Ümit Ünal.
