Line of Duty

Frank Penny is a police officer whose career has fallen apart, and he sees a chance to make things right when the eleven-year-old daughter of the police chief is kidnapped. Going against orders, he pursues the abductor, and the chase ends with the kidnapper dead and the girl still missing. With time running out, Frank teams up with Ava Brooks, a journalist whose live news channel broadcasts his every move. As the city watches, the two race to find the girl while evading both the authorities and a dangerous figure determined to stop Frank.
